Des Herbiers Project Background
The Des Herbiers Project consists of 66 non-contiguous claims totalling 3,624.88 hectares located in Des Herbiers township in Quebec. The claim numbers and location are detailed below:
Resource
Globex acquired the claims by staking, however, significant historical drilling on the Des Herbiers Project has been conducted, including by TSX-V listed Uracan Resources Ltd who defined an NI 43-101 compliant resource (NI 43-101 Resource) as follows:

Planned Exploration and Development
Funds raised from the Public Offer will be used to:
- fund the conversion of the NI43-101 Resource to a JORC 2012 compliant resource;
- complete a detailed evaluation of historical exploration work undertaken on the Des Herbiers Project with a view to expanding the current resource.
