Review of Operations
During the year ended 30 June 2026, Infini Resources advanced its Canadian uranium portfolio through systematic
exploration across multiple Canadian projects and significantly expanded its landholdings at Portland Creek and Reitenbach
Lake.
At the flagship Portland Creek Uranium Project in Newfoundland, the Company completed Phase 2 diamond drilling and
airborne geophysical surveys, refining its understanding of the controls on uranium mineralisation and guiding subsequent
exploration.
In Saskatchewan, interpretation of previously completed geophysical surveys, together with field programs at the Reynolds
Lake and Reitenbach Lake Uranium Projects, defined priority targets and supported the commencement of maiden diamond
drilling. Surface sampling also confirmed high-grade uranium mineralisation at the Titus Prospect within Reitenbach Lake.
Portland Creek Uranium Project (100% owned, Newfoundland Canada)
The Portland Creek Uranium Project spans 328 km2
and lies within the Precambrian Long-Range Complex of the Humber
Tectonic-Stratigraphic Zone. The geology consists of metaquartzite and a suite of paragneisses, intruded by leucocratic
granite, which are believed to have been thrust westward over Paleozoic carbonate-dominant sediments.
The project area covers large regional uranium anomalies, first identified in the 1970’s through a Newfoundland government
lake-sediment sampling program. A uranium showing was recorded in the Newfoundland Mineral Deposit Index, reporting
2,180 ppm U3O8. Compilation of historic and recent exploration data has delineated a ~6 km zone of anomalous uranium and
radon gas responses across lake sediments, soils and airborne radiometric datasets. This anomalism closely follows a
prominent fault scarp, marking the edge of a granitic plateau interpreted as a deep-seated fault.
Since staking the project in 2023, the Company has rapidly advanced the project through multiple exploration phases in an
area that has been historically underexplored for uranium mineralisation. The Company has verified historical regional
uranium anomalies and completed a soil sampling grid over the Falls Lake Prospect. This work defined a ~800 m x 100 m
high-grade uranium surface anomaly, with a peak soil result of 74,997 ppm U3O8. This anomaly is located down-ice and west

of a 1.5 km radiometric anomaly. Additionally, Infini has identified a southern 500 m-wide cluster of high-grade soil samples,
which includes a peak of 1,500 ppm U3O8 and lies 1.5 km from the recently completed Phase 2 drill program.
Phase 2 drilling completed, a total of 5,310 metres across 17 holes
During the year, Infini completed 5,310 metres of Phase 2 diamond drilling across 17 holes at Portland Creek, testing eight
priority structural, geochemical and geophysical targets. Drilling intersected fractured, sheared and brecciated granites with
widespread hydrothermal alteration, including hematite and chlorite overprinting earlier albite alteration, and uranium
mineralisation concentrated within fractures, joints and breccia zones. Laboratory assays confirmed localised, low-grade
uranium mineralisation, with nine holes returning samples above 100 ppm U₃O₈ and a peak result of 0.58 m at 347 ppm
U₃O₈ from 254.27 m in PCDD25-012 (downhole interval; true width unknown). Uranium anomalism was identified at multiple
targets along an approximately 6 km corridor. The results supported the interpretation of a structurally controlled, multi-stage
hydrothermal uranium system, with enrichment preferentially associated with intersecting fracture networks, providing a
stronger geological framework for subsequent exploration and drill targeting. The bedrock source of the high-grade uranium-
in-soil anomalies at Falls Lake remained unresolved and a priority for further investigation.
Portland Creek footprint expanded by 120%
During the year, Infini expanded its Portland Creek landholding through additional staking and the acquisition of adjoining
tenements. In October 2025, the Company staked 410 mineral claims covering 102.5 km², securing potential extensions of
mineralised structures and prospective host rocks identified through exploration. On 29 January 2026, Infini completed the
100% acquisition of two mineral licences covering 77 km² immediately south of Portland Creek, increasing the expanded
project footprint to approximately 328 km². Acquisition consideration included A$50,000 in cash and approximately
A$350,000 in ordinary shares, subject to 12 months’ voluntary escrow, with a 2% net smelter return royalty granted over the
acquired licences.

claims and the staked 102.5 km2
claims, increasing Infini’s project footprint by 54% in total.

High resolution airborne geophysics completed across Portland Creek
During the year, Infini completed 2,230 line-kilometres of helicopter-borne electromagnetic (EM) and magnetic surveying
over approximately 252 km² at Portland Creek, using a combination of 100 m and 200 m line spacings. The Company also
commenced a separate 737 line-kilometre airborne radiometric survey to complement this coverage and strengthen the
project’s geophysical dataset.
Interpretation of the EM data identified predominantly resistive bedrock consistent with the granitic host, with no discrete
conductors identified. Magnetic imagery and three-dimensional inversion modelling will be used to delineate geological
contacts, intersecting fault systems and demagnetised zones potentially associated with hydrothermal alteration. These
interpretations, together with radiometric data, surface geochemistry and results from Phase 1 and Phase 2 drilling, refined
the geological model, prioritise follow-up mapping and sampling, and guide target selection and drillhole positioning for
Phase 3 drilling which commenced in early September 2026.

Reynolds Lake and Reitenbach Lake Projects (100% owned, Saskatchewan Canada)
The Reynolds Lake and Reitenbach Lake Uranium Projects collectively comprise 19 mineral claims covering a total footprint
of 677 km2
on the eastern outboard margin of the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan. The projects are contiguous,
with Reynolds Lake consisting of 12 claims (386 km2
) and Reitenbach Lake consisting of 7 claims (291 km2
) adjoining its
northern boundary.
The properties are underlain by Archean to Paleoproterozoic metamorphic and igneous rocks and are bisected by the
crustal-scale Needle Falls Shear Zone, a major structural corridor separating the Wollaston Domain to the west from the
Peter Lake Domain to the east. The Wollaston Domain is dominated by Paleoproterozoic siliciclastic metasediments
including paragneiss, quartzite, and calc-silicate units, while the Peter Lake Domain contains Archean to Paleoproterozoic
granitoid gneisses and supracrustal rocks. Both domains are strongly deformed and metamorphosed, with northeast-
trending isoclinal folding and later cross-cutting north–south fault systems that provide structural complexity and potential
pathways for hydrothermal fluid flow.
Graphitic schists and gneisses, key lithologies known to host unconformity-associated uranium mineralisation, have been
identified within the project area and are spatially associated with electromagnetic conductors, radiometric anomalies and
elevated uranium-in-lake sediment samples. Recent exploration has confirmed primary uranium mineralisation at surface at
Reitenbach Lake, while petrographic analysis has validated a structurally prepared and hydrothermally altered basement
environment consistent with an unconformity-related uranium system.
Regionally, the geological setting is considered analogous to uranium systems at Eagle Point and Rabbit Lake, where
mineralisation occurs along graphitic shear zones at the boundary between Wollaston metasediments and granitoid
basement.
Rock-chip assays up to 1.90% U₃O₈ at Titus Prospect
During the year, Infini completed two phases of field exploration at Reynolds Lake and Reitenbach Lake, comprising
geological and structural mapping, scintillometer surveying, and soil and rock-chip sampling. The programs included the
collection of 773 soil samples and more than 180 rock samples across priority target areas. At Reitenbach Lake, sampling
confirmed outcropping uraninite at the Titus Prospect, with a peak rock-chip assay of 1.90% U₃O₈. Follow-up sampling
returned additional results up to 3,844 ppm U₃O₈ (0.38%) beyond the initial showing, extending the area of confirmed
uranium anomalism.
Field mapping identified fracture-hosted mineralisation within strongly deformed granitoid gneisses near graphitic
metasediments and prominent electromagnetic conductors. At Reynolds Lake, elevated uranium assays were similarly
associated with mapped shear zones and conductive trends. Integration of these observations with soil geochemistry and
geophysical interpretation highlighted an approximately 15 km x 3 km prospective corridor, strengthening the exploration
model for structurally controlled, basement-hosted uranium mineralisation and guiding target selection for the maiden
drilling program.
Targets extending up to 80km across Reynolds Lake and Reitenbach Lake
During the year, Infini completed interpretation of previously acquired airborne electromagnetic (EM) and magnetic data
across Reynolds Lake and Reitenbach Lake, delineating approximately 80 km of conductive trends across the combined
project area. At Reynolds Lake, these included parallel bedrock conductors exceeding 10 km in length, coincident with
magnetic lows and uranium radiometric anomalies. The conductors were interpreted to represent potentially favourable
graphitic and/or sulphide-bearing horizons. Integration with structural mapping and surface geochemistry identified priority
targets where conductive horizons coincided with fault intersections, shear zones and uranium anomalism, guiding the
Company’s maiden drilling program.
In January 2026, Infini staked three additional mineral claims covering approximately 89.2 km² adjoining Reitenbach Lake,
expanding the project footprint by approximately 31% to 380 km². The additional ground consolidated the Company’s
position adjacent to the Titus Prospect and secured interpreted extensions of EM conductors, radiometric anomalies and
prospective geological structures along the Needle Falls Shear Zone, broadening the target area available for systematic
exploration.

Maiden drilling commenced at Reynolds Lake and Reitenbach Lake
During the year, Infini commenced its maiden diamond drilling program at the Reynolds Lake and Reitenbach Lake Uranium
Projects in Saskatchewan, marking the first drill testing of the projects. The program commenced in April 2026 with an initial
scope of at least 2,500 metres across 12 drillholes, targeting areas identified through integrated geophysical interpretation,
structural mapping and surface geochemistry. Drilling focused on coincident electromagnetic conductors, magnetic lows,
shear zones and uranium anomalism, including targets around the Titus Prospect. The program was designed to investigate
prospective conductive horizons and structural settings at depth, refine the geological model and guide subsequent
exploration.
